I have found their prices to be very competitive over a wide range of print and they have been pro-active in helping me to make cost savings on my print budget.

Prime Group are certainly a print company going places if the excellent service we have just received is anything to go by. It was our first DM piece of this nature (with so many variables as well!) that to say we were worried earlier in the project would be the understatement of this and even last year. Thankfully, Jon and the team at Prime Group reduced our concerns day by day and allowed us to focus our energies on the creative elements.

From persevering with having to quote the same job several times over through to helping us with the technicalities of the variable printing's capabilities we found the whole team to be extremely professional, realistic and helpful.

Having already paid us a personal visit to discuss the project Jon Tolley and Bob (in production) in particular were able to talk us through aspects of the job from their Nottingham base. Locality was prevented from becoming an issue as Prime Group reacted quickly to artwork and database supply as well as amends using PDF proofs and special overnight deliveries to send actual final sample proofs. Oh, by the way, these were a sheer bloody joy compared to signing off the bog standard content proofs I receive from most lithographic printers. In fact, amongst all the worry over database this, variable that we almost forgot about the quality of the actual print, but again, it was absolutely fine.

A couple of days on and we are still waiting for client feedback and results from this campaign but in terms of print supply, one box is well and truly ticked.

In order to reduce stress and maximise capability, I would strongly recommend discussing your requirements at an early stage with the experts at Prime Group. We found it worked well for us and intend to make it work even better for the rest of our clients.
