  • Automated Workflow - Ideal for regular projects and processing
  • Web-2-Print - Pageflex web and production servers
  • Compter-to-plate - Heidelberg Suprasetter A52 - Chemestry free thermal platesetter.

Digital Department

At Prime we have the latest HP Indigo press technology to bring you the highest quality and fastest digital print onto a wide range of substrates.

  • HP Indigo 7000 - 7 colour Digital Offset press - Pantone Certified press offering Indicrome on press spot colour matching & duplex SRA3 printing. Max sheet size: 330x482mm
  • HP Indigo 7500 - 5 colour Digital Offset press - Pantone Certified press with white ink and heavy substrate capability up to 500 micron. Max sheet size: 330x482mm
  • Pre-press - HP Indigo Production Manager digital front end
  • Software - DirectSmile Production Server Solution. The largest Directsmile installation in the world!

Litho Department

Our litho department has the capacity to produce the smallest single colour jobs up to complex multi colour brochures to ISO12647 colour standards. Our machinery includes:

  • Heidelberg Speedmaster - SM 74 5 colour - Max. sheet size: 530 x 740 mm.
