The new HP Indigo 7000 Digital Press is the most technologically advanced sheet–fed digital solution so far. It’s a powerful engine for high volume production of static jobs with run lengths ranging from one-of-a-kind pieces up to thousands, as well as Variable Data Print (VDP) campaigns targeted at hundreds of thousands of recipients.

As a print service provider, we’ve seen the trend in run lengths continue to get shorter. Up until recently, we’ve had to use our offset press to handle the majority of the shorter runs – an uneconomic solution for the current economic climate.

The HP Indigo 7000 Digital Press can easily compete in the cost critical short run colour market with a powerful combination of offset quality, productivity, ease-of-use and low cost per copy.

The HP Indigo 7000 Digital Press supports an image format of 317 x 464 mm, which gives us the ability to print more copies per sheet for applications such as; tickets, postcards, business cards and book covers which require extra capacity for the spine.

The HP Indigo 7000 Digital Press is designed with several features that are environmentally important and also help to reduce our carbon footprint:

Power consumption reduction of 25% per printed page compared to previous presses.
An imaging oil recycling system, enabling a reduction of approximately 50% in consumption and waste.
Longer lifespan consumables result in the generation of fewer waste materials.
